What a charming, feel-good, story about the danger posed by guns ("Taking a killer out of area homes," Dec. 17). I especially appreciate that one man who turned in a "brown paper bag filled with handguns," purchased on the "black market," so said he, was able to rid his home of such evil. Tell me: Isn't it illegal, and thus a crime, to purchase guns at that market?
