Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the discovery of a body found in a burned truck last month in Weld County.
Alfredo Vega-Gonzalez, 45, and Eloy Corona Dominguez, 28, were arrested Tuesday in connection with the death, which is being investigated as a homicide, according to the sheriff’s office.
Vega-Gonzalez is being held on suspicion of accessory to second-degree murder, identity theft, possession of a forged instrument and criminal possession of an ID document, according to a news release.
Dominguez is being held on suspicion of accessory to second-degree murder.
The victim has been identified as Emmanuel Baca Ramirez, 30, of Midland, Texas.
On Dec. 21 the sheriff’s office arrested Sammy Pete Vega, 24, as a suspect in the case. Vega is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder.
