Attracting  or endeavouring by words, gestures, or indecent personal exposure for the purposes of prostitution  in any street or public place is  punishable offence  with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine, which may extend to five hundred taka, or with both under Section 74 of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police Ordinance, 1976
