I did leave the biscuit.
That’s all I’ll have today, tho. I guess the proof will be in the pudding, of having all calories at once, whether my technique works.

Rob,Hi, I tried emailing twice to join up but don’t seem to have received any confirmation email. I was using my work email and it is a big firm, so not sure if it went to spam.
Do you mind checking please? I have not been able to get access to the sheet to fill in any details.
Chris
PMd innit

I think the hot chocolate basically crossed the border in to pudding territory. This is the thing with not drinking caffeine, if you want a hot drink, and not a decaf person, you have limited choices.....obvs the cream and marshmallows could have been avoided, but I didn't place the order.
I'm feeling pretty dirty right now - that was the first Tesco meal deal of the year and it wasn't good.
Up till now I've managed to have something fairly healthy, low carb and filling. Now I'm just craving MOAR BREAD and a sleep.
This is the thing with not drinking caffeine,
error, does not compute

No caffeine or alcohol in 4yrs now.
...apart from that one time John Lewis cafe spiked me with a mocha. Was tripping balls that night.
fair play to you.
No caffeine or alcohol in 4yrs now.Yawn.... you must be a great laugh to go out with
[makes a note to slip Jamie an espresso martini if I should ever meet him]
So birthday lunch was a massive mixed grill with a sugar free drink...
Very low carb and no chips! But blew my 800 calories easily in one sitting.
Yawn.... you must be a great laugh to go out with
Usually off my tits on crack.
Oh fair enough

Just to buck the trend..... I actually just started on caffeine at 47. I have always found I start to get hungry/tired around 4ish and it’s definitely my weak time for snacking.
The Mrs has started working from home, so we invested in a good machine (as I got very bored going for cups of coffee twice a day).. Seems to make a decent cup, so I’ve spent the last few months learning to “like” it and having the one cup around then really seems to help see me though to dinner..... just need to make sure 1 doesn’t become 2..
I was set up! Surprise birthday cake...
I ate just enough to not ungrateful (also because it was delicious)
Good work wiggles, but aren't you getting shitfaced on Friday? Nah you'll be right , a victory with the chips for sure!
Has anyone got and good recipes for dinners, like under 600 calories. Getting a bit bored of mine
Tom Kerridge's new series - http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/search
done variations on the chicken and the lasagne* already and both were good.
* can't now have lasagne wthout adopting the persona of Barry Homeowner from Athletico Mince, Bob Mortimer's podcast.
Cheers but that doesn't lead to anything, just a blank page/ search function

Has recipes for all episodes.

Just need to balance the kebab:coke/amphetamine ratio to make sure it is burnt off
Haha have a good one!
According to Strava I burnt 750 calories today. 604hm, 16km...and ten (!) PRs...
Thin steak, boiled spuds and salad. Oh, and a 1.5lt bottle of wine between two. Might have undone all the good, but hey. Why not.
Weather is looking good so another ride is on the cards for tomorrow.... and maybe shower.
but hey. Why not.
Because you're a fat **** who needs to lose some weight??
Rob likes the kind & caring approach
Thanks, Rob, you lardy bastard.
Enjoy your hollibobs xx
