That’s according to Sky Sports pundit Tony Gale who reckons the PSG winger would be a good buy for Jose Mourinho.
Moura has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford this month.
The Red Devils reportedly want to secure him temporarily until the end of the season.
PSG, however, need to lighten their wage bill and are keen to offload him permanently.
Gale is an admirer of Moura who has made over 150 Ligue 1 appearances.
Moura, 25, is older than Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard who would be his rivals for a starting spot if he signed.

“PSG star Lucas Moura is wanted by Man Utd”
“I’ve seen quite a bit of Lucas Moura in the Champions League, he’s a good player, a good player,” Gale said.
“He’s got that all-important pace that you think Man United still need.
“Okay you’ve got Rashford, they’ve got Martial, they’ve got Lingard but Lucas Moura has got a little bit more experience, he’s a little bit older than those players.
“I think he would be a good signing.”
Moura has 36 caps for Brazil, the last of which came in 2016.
He could play for United in the Champions League having not featured in PSG's group matches.
