ROCKY HILL – Raymond J. Kazlauskas Sr., 77, died Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018 at Hartford Hospital. He was the husband of the late Lita (Carneiro) Kazlauskas.
He was born on Oct. 3, 1940, in Vilkaviskis, Lithuania, son of the late Victor and Ona Kazlauskas.
He served honorably in the U.S. Army for eight years, with two years of service in Korea with the engineers.
He was a longtime resident of Wolcott, but had recently resided in the VA Home in Rocky Hill.
He leaves three children, Raymond Kazlauskas Jr. of Terryville, Jean Kazlauskas of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Sherry Kazlauskas Putnam of Lewisville, Texas; along with two grandchildren, Ashley Kazlauska of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Bert Orten of Terryville.
He also leaves multiple extended family from the Kazlauskas and Carneiro families.
