Meghan Markle, 36, has deleted her Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts nearly a year after she deleted her personal blog, The Tig. 

The Suits star was pictured out-and-about with her fiance Prince Harry yesterday in south London. 

Shortly after their appearance in Brixton, it was revealed Meghan had deleted her social media accounts. 

According to the Independent, the palace said the LA-born actress was "grateful to everyone who has followed her social media accounts over the years" but had closed them "as she has not used these accounts for some time".

It comes after the star deleted her blog The Tig back in April 2017. Meghan posted a farewell message on the website while simultaneously deleting all the content.

Not only did the website contain the star’s personal musings - it was also a platform for other female writers. 

The message on the website read in full: “To all my Tig friends.

“After close to three beautiful years on this adventure with you, it's time to say goodbye to The Tig. 

“What began as a passion project (my little engine that could) evolved into an amazing community of inspiration, support, fun and frivolity. 

“You've made my days brighter and filled this experience with so much joy. Keep finding those Tig moments of discovery, keep laughing and taking risks, and keep being ‘the change you wish to see in the world.’

“Above all, don't ever forget your worth - as I've told you time and time again: you, my sweet friend, you are enough. Thank you for everything.”

There was no fond farewell on her Twitter account, however, or her sadly-deleted Instagram page.

Meghan Markle's Instagram account gave fans a look into her life before Harry.
