Npower adopts Avaya Aura contact centre technology

Business communications supplier 4net Technologies has signed a multi-million pound contract to provide UK energy company Npower with a new cloud-based contact centre platform. 4net will manage the end-to-end infrastructure, including delivering on-site and remote services. 

4net will provide Npower with Avaya Aura Contact Centre technology, delivered as a BT Wholesale hosted communications service. The cloud platform will adopt a pay-per-use model, replacing upfront capital investment with monthly service charges based on customer demand.
