The warm-up match between Bangladesh U-19 and Pakistan U-19 has been abandoned due to incessant rain, the International Cricket council announced via a media release today.
The four matches that were to be played across Christchurch have all been abandoned due to rain. Bangladesh are preparing for the ICC Under 19 World Cup which begins on January 13. The young Tigers lost their previous warm-up match against Afghanistan U 19 by 56 runs after they were in a commanding position having bowled out the Afghanistan side for 206 runs. However, having made a bright start in chase of the target, Bangladesh were bowled out for 150.
