Spanish media outlet Diario Gol say his team-mates have grown tired of his ego and individualism.
Real are languishing in La Liga despite securing title and Champions League glory last season.
They are a whopping 16 points behind pace setters Barcelona and seven points behind Atletico Madrid in second spot.
Ronaldo has had a difficult campaign.
He was subject to a lengthy ban at the start of the season and has struggled for form since returning.
Diario Gol say Isco is leading the revolt against Ronaldo.
It’s suggested he’s being backed up by Marcos Asensio, Lucas Vazquez, Dani Ceballos and even Sergio Ramos.

“Real Madrid stars are turning against Cristiano Ronaldo”
The news might interest Chelsea.
Reports earlier this week suggested the Blues are keen to bring him back to the Premier League.
Despite the speculation, Zidane insists Ronaldo is staying put.
"I can't imagine a Real Madrid without Cristiano, not at all.
"He's a Madrid player and he wants to finish his career here. I don't see him playing anywhere else."
Ronaldo has previously stated he’ll never play for another English club following his time spent at United.
Speaking about his future, the 32-year-old said: “Everything is open, all leagues. I may end my career here with Real Madrid. I'm just being honest. I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow.
“There are things that you kind of already have an idea, that to play one day for Barcelona would be almost impossible, or to play for another English club other than Manchester, it's very complicated.
“But that's not 100 per cent guaranteed. As I said before, there are no certainties in football.”
