The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut will host a cooking class through its Community Concierge program from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 25 at Coogan Farm Kitchen, 162 Greenmanville Ave., Mystic.
Guests will learn the basics of pie making techniques and will learn to bake using fresh seasonal fruits such as rhubarb, apples or blueberries. The cost is $25.
