North Korea has agreed to send a delegation to the winter Olympics due to be held in South Korea in February. Officials from the two countries conducted marathon talks Tuesday to broker a deal that also involves further dialogue on other pending issues including reducing military tensions. Frank Smith reports from the South Korean capital.
