The Budget Session of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly will be held from February 5 to 28 this year.
A notification in this regard was issued by Chhattisgarh Assembly on Tuesday.
The session will commence with the inaugural address of Governor Balramji Das Tandon on February 5.
The session, which would have 17 sittings will be the last budget session of the fourth Assembly in the State before the State goes to polls later this year.
Chief Minister Raman Singh who also holds the Finance portfolio will present the annual State Budget for his third consecutive term in the Government. The budget would be presented by him in the second week of February.
The budget would be finalised in the State Cabinet meeting to be convened by the Chief Minister on February 11.
