Free and open to the public, the 31st anniversary St. Armands Circus Ring of Fame ceremony will welcome its Class of 2018: Risley artists The Fredonias, UniverSoul Circus founder and owner Cedric Walker, polar bear trainer Ursula Böettcher, trapeze artists The Ramon España Family — The Flying Españas, and clown Chuck “Chucko” Sidlow.
