A WINTER sports themed American spin-off of The Bachelor is set to star a couple of familiar Australian reality TV faces.
Courtney Dober, who came fourth in The Bachelorette in 2016, and Tiffany Scanlon, who lucked out of love with bachie Richie Strahan the same year, have been announced as international competitors on new show, The Bachelor Winter Games.
The series, which will air on February 13 in the US on ABC, is described as a competition between Bachelor and Bachelorette favourites across the world in winter-themed athletic challenges.
Producers label is "an ode to the Winter Olympic Games", which will air to coincide with the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea.
It will also follow the cast of 14, who are from Japan, New Zealand, Finland, Sweden, China and the US, to see if love blossoms at the luxurious winter resort in Manchester where they will all be living together.
Australian bachie fans will remember Dober, 31, as the quirky, funny yet indecisive contestant vying for the heart of Georgia Love.
Tiffany Scanlon, 31, was eliminated early on in The Bachelor 2016 but made headlines after the show when she began a same-sex relationship with fellow contestant, Megan Marx.
The relationship ended after a few months.
Those who watched the 2016 New Zealand will be familiar with controversial bachelor Jordan Mauger, who infamously revealed he couldn't decide between his final two women and flipped a coin to choose.
His relationship with the winner didn't last and he will now be hitting the slopes to look for love in Winter Games.
