Bexley: Resident finds vehicle tampered with twice

Bexley police said a resident in the 2800 block of Bellwood Avenue reported someone put what appeared to be ashes into the fuel tank of her vehicle while it was parked outside her house between 10:30 p.m. Dec. 26 and 9:30 a.m. Dec. 27.

The complainant also reported the registration decal from the license plate of the same vehicle was stolen sometime the previous week.

* A resident in the 2200 block of Clifton Avenue reported someone threw a broken piece of brick through the rear window of her residence between Dec. 20 and 21.

* A resident in the 100 block of South Ardmore Road reported someone stole packages from her porch Dec. 21. Another resident in the 2500 block of Powell Avenue reported someone stole packages from her porch the same day.
