Total Dhamaal: Aamir Khan gives the mahurat clap, Madhuri Dixit feels she is back to the 90s with Anil Kapoor

Madhuri Dixit was on the sets of Total Dhamaal, but she felt like she is back to the era of 90s Bollywood in the presence of her then co-stars Anil Kapoor and Aamir Khan. The trio along with Ajay Devgn and the entire cast attended the film's muhurat shot. Aamir, who is busy with his Thugs of Hindostan came to give the first clap. Total Dhamaal is co-produced by Ajay Devgn and brings Madhuri and Anil back together after 17 years. The celebrated onscreen couple has given hits like Beta, Parinda and Ram Lakhan. They were last seen in Rajkumar Santoshi’s Pukar (2000). Total Dhamaal will be the third film in the Dhamaal franchise.

Madhuri took to her Twitter account and wrote, "Worked with each one of them individually and now we all come together for #totaldhamaal...look forward to the fun times."

In another picture shared by the actor on her Instagram account, we see Aamir Khan holding the clap in his hand. The actor has shared screen space with Madhuri in 90s hit film, Dil.

When Madhuri was asked about collaborating with Anil again, she said, "I will be working with Anil ji after 17 odd years. I am really looking forward to it. It is a comedy, an entertaining film."

Total Dhamaal also stars Ajay Devgn in the lead role, apart from its original cast of Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaffery. However, the third installment would not see Sanjay Dutt, who has been a part of the previous films.
