Comprising of 2 major elements like Perceptual Rating Survey and Factual Survey, the study was intended to rank and rate lifestyle hospitals and clinics in the relevant therapeutic capacities like Diabetology, Orthopaedics, Bariatric, Trichology, Skin & Dermatology, Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery, Dentistry & Opthomology. A sample survey of 900 was piloted in select cities of Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmadabad, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Lucknow. There were 2 main respondent classifications those who are the specialists in their therapeutic areas (Experts) and those who have undergone for elective procedures/treatments (Active Users). The respondent categories included Experts, Consultants/Surgeons from respective therapeutic areas, Active Users and past as well as current users of lifestyle therapeutic areas.
The health analysis comprised of a perception questionnaire which was dispersed to respondents who were given a list of parameters to assess the hospitals/clinics & rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 was poor & 10 was exceptional. Dentzz Dental Care Centres outshined in all the health analysis conducted in these two years. The centres have on board a panel of extremely expert & well-known professional dental surgeons who deliver a range of specialized oral services.
