The town of Munster sponsored a popular Fetching Market in spring 2016, among many different events it holds such as a wine-tasting event and July 3 fireworks at Cenntennial Park. The Parks and Recreation Department has hired a consultant to help it revamp its offerings, and on Jan. 10 will hold a Meet the Planners session from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the clubhouse in Centennial Park to encourage residents to participate.
