Free photography programs will be held at Niantic Community Church, 1700 Pennsylvania Ave.

“Knowing Your Camera” will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 18, Feb. 15, March 15 and April 19. Professional photographer Craig Woody will lead the class which focuses on aperture, shutter speed and portraiture/still life.

“Contemplative Photography,” inspired by Jan Phillip’s book, “God Is At Eye Level,” is facilitated by NCC community minister Patty Chaffee and will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 25, Feb. 22, March 22 and April 26.
