A Thibodaux man has been charged in an armed robbery Monday afternoon at a Galliano grocery store.
Charleston Every, 30, remains in the Lafourche Parish jail on a $25,000 bond.
Deputies responded about 1:15 p.m. Monday to the store on West Main Street, Sheriff Craig Webre said in a news release. They learned that a man had demanded money from the cashier at gunpoint.
Webre said detectives caught Every at a home on West 185th Street.
