It has been widely reported that Cheryl is in talks to return to The X Factor, alongside media mogul Simon Cowell in 2018.
However, Liam Payne's baby mama Chezza has issued Simon an ultimatum regarding the job, according to reports.
It has been claimed that the 34-year-old bombshell has made her feelings clear, and told Simon she won't return to the ITV singing competition if Louis Walsh or Sinitta are hired again.
A source said: "She called Simon and said she wasn't sure she could return to the show if Louis or Sinitta were hired."

The insider added to Closer magazine: "Simon now feels stuck in the middle and he said her X Factor role could be in jeopardy.
"Cheryl used to be able to pull all the strings with Simon but that sparkle has fizzled out."
Over the years, Chezza and Simon have had a strained relationship, with the Irish star making a number of digs at the former Girls Aloud babe.
Just last week, Sinitta took a thinly veiled dig at the Call My Name singer, after Simon chose to take Cheryl to his Judges Houses stage of the show instead of her last year.

During a chat with The Sun, Sinitta said: "Even Cheryl's week didn't stop it losing one million viewers."
According to the publication, these are the comments that Cheryl's pals allege make her feel worried about going back to the show.
It's said she is "supported by Liam Payne", but add that Chezza has been left feeling "defeated".
Cheryl is currently busy working on her comeback album, and is hard at work in the studio writing songs.

The starlet has been working with former Girls Aloud co-star Nicola Roberts, and just last month the publication revealed she's working with Beyoncé producer Naughty Boy.
The superstar producer revealed: "Cheryl spoke to me at one of Simon Cowell's recent parties about doing something together and a future collaboration.
"I have actually got a song written for her now so we will see what happens."
