2 accused for killing step son, nephew arrested

Police on Monday nabbed two accused  for killing a 22-year-old youth in November last year from Ashok Garden here.

Extreme hatred and suspicion over illicit relationship had led to the killing of the youth by his step father and his nephew on November 11, 2017 at Chopda Kalan under Sukhi Sewania police station are

SP Bhopal (South) Rahul Kumar Lodha while speaking to media persons on Monday said that the Shivlal Ahirwar (50) and his nephew Dharmendra Ahirwar (30) were nabbed for killing Raju Ahirwar  by smashing his head by stone.The vital link in the case was found in the form of letter in which it was mentioned that his relatives could kill him but the name of his step father and his daughters was not mentioned and later during the investigation when Shivlal who is step father of the deceased was quizzed he accepted to have killed Raju with the help of his nephew Dharmendra.

During the investigation Shivlal revealed that he did not have good relations with the deceased. Around 20 years ago  deceased’s mother left his father and married Shivlal and had two daughters from the marriage and later went for Tubectomy which irritated Shivlal and later he developed hatred towards the deceased as he suspected that deceased had physical relationship with his daughters. He planned to kill Raju and took help of Dharmendra and later killed him on November 20.

Both the accused went absconding after they suspected that they would be arrested The two tried to burn the body but after they sensed something near the spot they fled the spot.
