The mobile court operation by executive magistrate will continue until settlement of three appeals filed by the government against the High Court verdict.
A five-member bench of Appellate Division led by its acting Chief Justice Abdul Wahhab Miah on Tuesday fixed January 16 for next hearing as the state sought time.
On May 11, the HC declared illegal of the operation of mobile court by the executive magistrate and later on May 14 after hearing on a government appeal the chamber judge stayed until May 18, reports UNB.
Later, the SC extended the time for several times.
