Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff reportedly break up after 5 years

Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff have reportedly ended their five-year romance.

The actress and the rocker broke up in December, according to multiple sources.

One insider has noted that it was mutual as the pair were growing apart and it just made sense for them to end their relationship where it was.

Naturally, they want the best for each other no matter what, but they're both moving on.

The couple began dating in 2012, after meeting on a blind date, but they were rarely seen together in public in 2017.

In fact, the last time Dunham shared a photo of herself with Antonoff on social media was back in October, when the former 'Girls' star revealed her then-boyfriend had been poking fun at her blue hair.

Days later, Dunham gushed about the Bleachers frontman in an article, explaining that he showed her the importance of making political statements using your public platform.

Now that they've gone their separate ways though, here's hoping they can move on relatively quickly.
