Boys Basketball

All Saints 68, Tampa Universal Academy 49

Highlights: James Meade scored 22 points and Jake Smith added 14 to lead All Saints to a 68-49 win on Monday. Meade scored 13 points in the fourth quarter, which was highlighted by three 3-pointers. Jack Garcia scored 14 points to give the Saints three players in double figures. Universal was led by Amaan Shaikh with 22 points.

Records: All Saints 8-5

Lakeland 64, Clearwater 62

Highlights: Dwayne McCalebb scored 29 points, Chrishawn Butler scored 15 points, and Luke Anderson finished with 13 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Dreadnaughts.

Records: Lakeland 13-1.

 

Lakeland 65, Plant City 62

Highlights: Luke Anderson scored 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the Dreadnaughts over Plant City. Chrisshawn Butler added 16 points, Dwayne McCalebb scored 10, and Sam Gray added eight.

Records: Lakeland 12-1.

 

Girls Basketball

All Saints 39, Tampa University Academy 15

Highlights: All Saints beat University Academy Monday to improve their record to 6-3. This was the first game of five games in 6 days for the Saints. Baylee Maxey had 11 points and six rebounds while Peyton Dunbar also scored 11 points. Jillian Rex added nine points and sixth grader Autum Brown chipped in eight to pace the Saints.

Records: All Saints 6-3.

Jordan Christian Prep 47, Discovery 6

Highlights: Sacoria Henderson scored 16 points, and Corinthian Royals finished with 12 points and five assists to lead JCP. Jemera McKinney and Latisha Gardner added seven points each.

 

Santa Fe 69, Lakeland Christian 29

Highlights: The Lady Hawks were led by sophomore Shelby Ricks with 18 points and seven rebounds. Freshman Kassidy Jones scored 14 points and dished out 12 assists, freshman Madison Hersey added a game-high nine points. The Lady Hawks are now 12-1.

 

Girls Soccer

Santa Fe 9, New Dimensions 1

Highlights: Summer Williams had a four-goal game to lead the Hawks while Maddy Werd scored two goals with two assists. Kyla Fedderly added two goals and one assist and Nicole Chambliss scored one goal with one assist. Haylee Kiddy and Nicole Chambliss combined in goal for the win.

Bartow 3, Winter Haven 1

Highlights: Tori Locke scored two goals, and Katie Puccio had one goal and one assist for Bartow. Aiden Strabridge and Lauren Kuhlman also had assists.
