As per recent news report, a sheep from Mandya, Karnataka, loves to eat cigarettes and other tobacco products instead of greens. Yes, you read it. This sheep is addicted to nicotine and can go any length to get a fix. As per Newsflare report, he is often seen outside tea shops and other markets to sneak cigarettes from people. Unfortunately, this sheep is so addicted that he avoids usual diet a well. “The addiction grew and now it prefers cigarettes to its regular fodder,” the sheep’s owner Yahwant told Newsflare.

As per some reports, farmers do feed animals tobacco to get rid of worms and intestinal parasites and they also give tobacco in huge quantity when they get ill. But ingesting more nicotine can have a bad impact on animals. As per studies, nicotine can cause tremors, vomiting, respiratory failure and even death.
The sheep’s owner told that it once licked discarded sachets of chewing tobacco and soon got the addiction and now prefers cigarettes over fodder.
