Missing AMU scholar’s family appeals him to return

Family of AMU scholar Manaan Wani, who has allegedly joined banned terrorist organisation Hizbul Mujahideen, has appealed him to come back. Mourning his absence, Wani’s mother said that she did not know his son would betray his family and would join the terrorist organisation Hizbul Mujahideen. She therefore appeals to bring him back. Aligarh Muslim University scholar Mannan Wani went missing earlier this month and reportedly joined the banned terrorist organisation Hizbul Mujahideen. According to University’s authority, he was suspended. The police are investigating the case.
