About the Function The Mobile Lifestyle Solutions MLS is one of the leading business groups in Mahindra Comviva and offers an integrated and market- proven portfolio of lifestyle solutions which meet the diverse service requirements of subscribers from infotainment to call management Mahindra Comviva s Digital Services suite offers customers a multichannel and consistent experience across any device and network It also houses diverse content and ensures the same is delivered in a sustainable manner via multiple interfaces Broadly these include applications the internet WAP SMS and interactive voice response systems In all it is designed to manage the overall content ecosystem efficiently Job summary Based out of Vodafone operator office the Business Operations Manager will work closely with operator teams to lead revenue planning and Strategy to drive business He she will be the SPOC for all Digital Service business for our operator In this role he she will report to the Biz Ops Head India Key Responsibilities End to End Business Management Account Management Responsible for AOP targets defined ensure revenue targets are met provide competitive positioning pricing best practices for customer engagements ensuring profitability Develop define implement marketing program campaign drives to enhance service penetration increase revenues Articulate the product value- proposition and planning Monitor performance of existing Digital VAS on daily basis identify areas of improvement and implement new services and proposals to launch Define and cascade business functions and processes for the account Track competitor activities in various domain and flash reports and dashboards Study market requirements on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for incremental revenues Coordinate with current Content Providers for business operations such as launching new services integrating service price points etc Content Management Should have good understanding of Content business and MUST have experience in driving Content consumption on Mobile VAS and Digital domain Will be responsible for deck management Content Programming on various multiple store fronts channels mini- portals special pages on WEB WAP ranging from Infotainment channels such as News Finance Sports Religion to Entertainment channels such as Movies Music Games Television Carry out market analysis and assessment of content usage internal external with a focus on future and value creation Drive and execute key functionalities through cross functional teams Such as Product team Business Team Create and freeze Content for Events Marketing Calendar Implementation for business team Help enhance conversion rate per impression UU through right selection of content Key Skills required Analytical Skills and Business Knowledge Should be able to research and prepare statistical reports using data from consumer database Consolidate information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in business management Should be updated on industry trends and market competitor activities Should have good business numbers understanding and ability to logically create evaluate analyse and present business numbers to customers senior Comviva management Determine operational objectives by studying business data reports gathering information evaluating output requirements and formats Monitor program initiatives progress by tracking KPIs resolving problems publishing progress reports recommending actions Client Relationship Drive C SAT targets engagement with client and ensuring best level of service Compile and analyze data of usage segment wise and discuss daily reports with client and define actionable Behavioral skills Good customer handling capabilities and should have good communication skills Maintain Business Team confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Should able to work under pressure Comfortable in interacting with external vendors and internal customers should have good interpersonal skills
