STRATFORD – Alfred D. Fusco, 75, beloved husband of Marilyn (Marasco) Fusco, entered peaceful rest on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018, in Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Born in Waterbury on Nov. 13, 1942, he was a son of the late Alfred and Margaret (Martino) Fusco.
A director of tax research for Olin Corp., Mr. Fusco was a 4th degree Knights of Columbus and faithful parishioner of St. Mark Church. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Alfred will be remembered for the generosity of his time and never saying “no” to anyone in need.
In addition to his wife of 51 years, he is survived by his children, Allison Streeto and her husband, Ralph, of East Haven, Jay Fusco and his wife, Jennifer, of Guilford, and Nicole Quigley and her husband, Robert, of Southington; as well as seven cherished grandchildren, Anthony, Michael, Raymond, Jack, Matthew, Alexa and Zoe.
Mr. Fusco was predeceased by his brother, Angelo Fusco.
A memorial Mass celebrating his life will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Church, 500 Wigwam Lane. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
