Agusta Westland scam: Milan court acquits 2 Italian executives in bribery case

In a big development, Chief of 'Agusta' from Agusta- Westland scam fame has been acquitted by an Italian court at Milan. The acquittal by the appeals court weakens the case in India as Indian authorities were dependent on the case being probed in Italy. Agusta-Westland chopper scam was one of the scams which rocked former UPA government in India.
