RAP star Professor Green claims white working class teenagers lack ambition.

He reckons they have “a real lack of drive” and don’t believe they can ever achieve anything in life.
Green, 34, who grew up on a council estate in Hackney, east London, says kids are “disengaged”.
And it is leaving Britain’s white working class “in crisis”.
He met six young men from poor backgrounds for a Channel 4 documentary.
“A real lack of drive and belief”
Professor Green
He said: “People have become disengaged with fewer aspirations.
“There seems to be a real lack of drive and belief in them being able to achieve anything.”
Green – real name Stephen Manderson – regularly skipped school and fell into dealing drugs.
But he now has a £1.5million house and is worth an estimated £3m.

He claims he is the “exception” and blames high tuition fees for the fact only 10% of white boys from deprived areas go to university.
Professor Green added: “For middle-class families, your education is your life. For working-class families, in some instances school is just school.
“You are not expected to do very well. You are expected to get out and do a job and earn.
“People have to be encouraged from early on to engage with education and think it’s for them.”

Green expressed concerns about the effect of tuition fees and the cost of going to university.
Graduates today are left with almost £50,000 of debt.
“It’s easy to see why people don’t push their kids into it,” he said.
“Why would you put yourself in that kind of debt?
“Putting yourself into £50,000 worth of debt – explain that to someone who does not have £1,000. It’s so off-putting.”
