Holding company behind Togo Telecom and Togocel names Affoh Atcha-Dedji as CEO

Togocel's current CEO Affoh Atcha-Dedji will take the helm at TogoCom, the holding company which groups state-owned operators Togo Telecom and Togocel, reports Agence Ecofin. Previously known as Togo Telecom Group, the incumbent was transformed into a holding company on 13 July 2017 by a government decree, which restructured its corporate organisation into three main subsidiaries – ServiceCom, InstalCom and InfraCom.
