View My Chain, a chain tracking platform claimed sales progression tool improving completion times by up to three weeks, reducing the risk of fall-throughs according to Leaders Group during 2017 shows.
“An initial trial of View My Chain improved completion times by up to three weeks in some cases, and on that basis, we have agreed to roll this out to additional regions in 2018” Kevin Shaw, managing director of Leaders Group says.
Fisher German, a rural estate agency has entered the partnership with the company behind View My Chain as well. Alasdair Dunne, the managing director at Fisher German said: “We recognise the importance of good sales progression in the current climate which is why we’ve invested further in improving this area of our business.”
Launched in 2016, the tool had been used by over 1,000 branches of more than 100 agencies. The cloud-based system is claimed to significantly reduce agents' work in terms of phone calls and finding and communicating with other agents.
The chain is broken into specific standard categories; Sold SSTC, contracts underway, legal searches ordered and expected, mortgage funding, and property exchange and completion. The list of 'milestones' can be customized by participating estate agents.
Chief executive of View My Chain, Sohail Rashid has claimed that the platform has become “an enabler for strong estate agency brands looking to further strengthen their presence in their local markets.”
