Weight loss diet plan revealed by Lisa Riley who lost 12 stone in 18 months

LISA RILEY is a British TV presenter and actress who has now shared her weight loss diet plan after losing a whopping 12 stone in 18 months in her book Honesty Diet.

Lisa Riley, 41, wowed Britons when she lost an enormous amount of weight in just a year and a half. The actress was on This Morning today to discuss the incredibe weight loss and the tricks she used to lose the pounds.

The UK TV star was unrecognisable after she lost 12 stone in just a year and half.

On Lisa Riley’s Instagram she shared a shocking before and after image in June.

The Emmerdale star was known for her role as Mandy Dingle in the television soap opera, posted an image to her social media to celebrate her weight loss.

The Loose Women panellist has shrunk from a size 30 to a size 12 over the course of a year. 

Now the ITV star, who appeared as a constant on the tenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, has now revealed how she did it. 

She also included one rather graphic indication of how new dieters can tell when their body starts working well.

In an extract from her book Honest Diet she said: “One thing I should mention is that you usually go to the toilet more when your body begins working as it should.

“Ideally, you want to poo an hour or two after every meal, and at least once a day.

“If you think you're not pooing enough, have an apple or a handful of berries to help move things along.”

Lisa has also revealed her daily diet since she began her weight loss diet.

For breakfast Lisa has a cup of hot water and lemon and porridge and honey. Then for lunch she has butternut squash and coriander soup with oatcakes.

For dinner she has garlic and chilli cod with roasted spinach and cauliflower.

This is a far cry from her original diet, which saw the British star eating four slices of white toast, Coco Pops with full-fat milk and coffee with sugar. 

Holly Willoughby’s weight loss has also shocked fans.

Holly's weight loss over the past year has caused a wave of comments from the 36-year-old fans, who have a lot to say about the mother-of-three’s changing body.

The This Morning presenter shared an image of herself filming the last episode before Christmas on December 15.

One commenter wrote: “Where have you gone?! Looking super slim, you need some mince pies guuuurl!” [sic]
