A North Carolina man has been arrested in the shooting death of his wife, a paramedic.

Concord police told local media that 53-year-old Patrick O'Sullivan had been sought since Thursday night, when officers say he killed 51-year-old Rebekah Hart-O'Sullivan.

Police said the couple had been involved in a domestic dispute before the shooting.

Officials say the woman had worked for Medic in Charlotte since 2010, mostly as a relief operations supervisor.
