Silver Creek Valley Country Club (SCVCC), a family-friendly community, is dedicated to providing a relaxing and beautiful location to live, play and entertain right in the heart of the South Bay.

The neighborhoods wrap around the 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, driving range and practice green. In 2002 the course received a $2.5 million renovation designed by Mike Strantz, ranked as Golf World’s Architect of the Year, and was named Golf Digest’s Best New Upscale Golf Course for two consecutive years. Brown and partner Eric Parker, also an original Silver Creek Valley Country Club resident, say selling homes over the years to many that have come through the gates has been a rewarding part of their careers.
