18th Hainan International Tourism Island Carnival, one of the popular festivals in China drawing more number of tourists has closed recently in the part of south China’s Hainan Provinces.
Hainan is the southernmost offshore island in China and a popular resort known for its tropical climate and alluring seas. The one-month festival is the largest one in recent years.
18th Hainan International Tourism Island Carnival featured 118 activities across the island of Hainan, attracting a record number of participants from home and abroad.
18th Hainan International Tourism Island Carnival aimed to create a platform to present the latest development of Hainan’s tourism industry, promote new tourism products, and explore new tourism routes.
As one of the highlights of the festival, the 2017 Hainan World Leisure Tourism Expo, has attracted more than 170,000 national and international visitors.
