An ESRB listing has appeared for Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition for PS4 and Xbox One, seemingly indicating a new version of the RPG on the horizon.

The website entry offers no further information about the title such as its release date or whether it's a Game of the Year-type all-encompassing release.

Good name, but there will be more DLCs this year, so it might not include everything.

I'm assuming this will just include the DLC from the season pass and not the content coming this year. That's fine for late adopters, but I'm still going to get the Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition. It will be the ultimate version of FFXV, supporting native 4K, 60 FPS, a first person mode, Nvidia GameWorks, Nvidia Ansel, and lets not forget official mod support.

I totally bought this game at the wrong time. I caved an bought it during the Christmas sales on the Playstation Store, but realized the PC version is coming out and now this one. Plus, with the frame pacing issues on PS4, I'm having a hard time playing it, personally! I may have to double dip when the PC version releases.
