Cong accuses CM of not implementing ‘Public Services Act’

The Congress accused the Manohar Parrikar led government of not implementing the Right of Citizens to Time Bound Delivery of Public Services Act 2013.The Congress state unit president Shantaram Naik said that no file was being cleared at any level within the stipulated time schedules set in the act.
