Firefighters found a man dead after responding to a mobile home fire Sunday evening near Ormond Beach, an official said.
The man, said to be in his 60s, has not been identified.
Volusia County Fire Rescue officials were at the home at 1115 Avenue F Monday morning investigating the scene.
Volusia County sheriff’s detectives responded and found no suspicious circumstances, according to a statement released Monday morning by Andrew Gant, Volusia County sheriff's spokesman. The State Fire Marshal’s Office determined the cause of the fire was accidental, Gant said.
Deputies have withheld release of the victim's name until he is positively identified and his next of kin is notified.
