Telia Norway said that Thore Berthelsen stepped down as CEO of Phonero, the enterprise mobile provider that he founded in 2008 and which Telia took over last year. His departure had been planned since the acquisition was agreed. He is being succeeded by Jardar Foreland Pedersen.

Berthelsen said Phonero had successfully migrated 250,000 SIMs to Telia's network, and this was a good time for him to seek new challenges. When Telia took Phonero over in spring 2017, it had achieved 13 percent of the enterprise market.
