CTU evaluates comments on decisions to regulate relevant markets 3a, 3b, 4

Czech regulator CTU's Council has discussed comments submitted under the consultation on the draft decisions on relevant markets 3a (Wholesale local access provided at a fixed location), 3b (Wholesale central access provided at a fixed location for mass-market products), and 4 (Wholesale high-quality access provided at a fixed location). After processing the comments, CTU will submit the draft decisions to the anti-monopoly authority UOHS.

In market 3a, CTU has proposed price regulation and on all of the markets, other remedies as well, including transparency, non-discrimination and accounting separation.

Comments have been submitted by Vodafone Czech Republic, CETIN (Czech Telecommunications Infrastructure), T-Mobile Czech Republic and Czech Radiokomunikace.
