The ninth death anniversary of Lasantha Wickremetunge was held today (Jan. 08).
The relatives and close friends of Lasantha, the former Editor-in-Chief of the Sunday Leader, gathered at the Kanatta in Borella at the occasion.
Lasantha Wickremetunge was killed by assailants while he was on his way to the office in Ratmalana, in the Attadiya area.
