Debra Messing used her Golden Globes red carpet appearance to drag E! to their faces about not paying male and female employees equally.
In an interview with E! host Giuliana Rancic before the awards ceremony, Messing advocated for the Time's Up initiative and then called out the network for not supporting former E! host Catt Sadler.
The Will And Grace star decided to use her talking points on the red carpet to talk about prevalent social issues.
Sadler hosted E! News alongside co-host Jason Kennedy for almost 12 years until she left her job in late 2017 after discovering Kennedy made "double [her] salary and has been for several years.”
Messing proceeded to tell Rancic exactly what she thought about the network.
“I was so shocked to hear that E! doesn’t believe in paying their female co-host the same as their male co-host,” Messing said before Sunday's ceremony. “I miss Catt Sadler. So we stand with her. And that’s something that can change tomorrow. We want people to start having this conversation that women are just as valuable as men.”

Before the Golden Globes on Sunday, Messing showed her support for Sadler on Twitter writing, “We stand with YOU.”
Alongside Messing, actresses Jennifer Lawrence, Eva Longoria and Brie Larson have all spoken out in support of the E! host.
Earlier on Sunday even Amy Schumer posted an Instagram telling the awards show attendees to ask the network bout how it treated Sadler.
Messing also wore black on the red carpet in support of the fight against sexual harassment.
