DUBAI: Tiger Group, the leading real-estate developer in the UAE, has announced the start of construction work on the O2 Tower, its latest development strategically located in Jumeirah Circle Village and the Al Jawhara Tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle, one of the fastest growing residential areas. Additionally, Tiger’s Al Rasheed Tower in Sharjah Cooperation Zone has successfully completed, offering 336 new housing units.

Tiger will begin delivering the O2 Tower units in the last quarter of 2020. However around 60% has already been sold. The building will consist of 41 floors, and has 600 apartments of varying sizes.

Al Jawhara Tower is expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2019, however around 85% has already been sold. Al Jawhara will consist of 532 studio apartments across 29 floors. The building will feature impressive leisure amenities such as a gymnasium, health club, swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. In addition, the building will have four parking levels, twenty-four-hour security, maintenance, and facility management.

Al Rasheed Tower units are made up of 160 two-bedroom apartments, 176 one-bedroom apartments, five parking floors, and twenty-four-hour maintenance and surveillance. The tower’s facilities include a gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and tennis tables, and a children’s playroom.
