The foundation for Param Veer Abdul Hamid Bhawan was laid by the MLA Sukhdeo Bhagat and the head of Idrish Panchayat jointly in Rahat Nagar of urban area.
On the occasion Sukhdeo Bhagat said, “Congress always pay honor to the martyrs.
The social works may be connected with their names.”
