NEW YORK -- Something's gotta give.
The Devils and New York Islanders will both begin their five-day bye weeks on Monday, and one will enter with a long losing streak. The Devils have lost four straight, while the Islanders have dropped five in a row, entering Sunday's 1 p.m. contest at the Barclays Center.
The Devils have lost by one goal three times during their current 0-2-2 stretch, and they will turn to goalie Cory Schneider again on Sunday, where they will aim to win at the Barclays Center for the first time ever.
Here's how the Devils will line up against the Islanders, with 11 forwards and seven defensemen dressing, plus notes and quotes heading into game No. 41.
