The Lorain County Historical Society’s annual Valentine Tea will take place Feb. 10 and 11 at the historic Hickories mansion.
Janet Bird, one of the Society’s education coordinators, will help attendees relive the time in history when rock and roll was king and sharing a coke float with a special someone was every girl’s dream.
The Tea will be held. Seatings are 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Feb. 10 and 12:30 and 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 11. The Hickories is located at 509 Washington Ave. in Elyria.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to each seating. Parking is available at Washington Avenue Christian Church, 301 Washington Avenue, with complimentary shuttle service to The Hickories.
Tickets are $25 per person for Society members and $28 for non-members. Reservations must be made in advance by contacting the Society at 440-322-3341 or lchs@lchs.org.
