7:27 a.m., disabled vehicle, Southgate Parkway
3:03 a.m., fight at a restaurant on Southgate Parkway. Officers found and stopped the truck of the alleged assailants. They approached it at gunpoint as a precautionary measure because back seat passengers made furtive movement accompanied by metallic banging. The driver confirmed there had been a fight but was uncertain of the cause. By then, the alleged victims had left the restaurant in a vehicle that got onto Interstate 70. Because there no longer was a complainant, the truck occupants were released.

11:39 p.m., public service medical assistance, North Sixth Street.
10:29 p.m., report of an intoxicated male in the roadway on Central Avenue. Officers found the man sitting in the snow on the corner of Morton and Central avenues. The man was heavily intoxicated to the point where he could barely stand. Officers said he was not wearing proper clothing for the weather which was about 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Concerned that he would succumb to the elements, they gave him a ride to his home on Sarchet Avenue.
9:09 p.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle, Columbia Court.
8:10 p.m., an employee of a Southgate Parkway restaurant reported a male who had been at the business consuming alcohol became intoxicated and refused a taxi before leaving the business in a red Chevrolet Blazer. Officers located the Blazer and, after observing it weaving on the roadway, initiated a traffic stop. Mark R. Smallwood was charged with driving under the influence.
6:22 p.m., officer checked on the well-being of a senior citizen at a Pine Knoll residence.
5:53 p.m., officer checked on the well-being of a senior citizen at a Taylor Avenue residence.
5:33 p.m., medical assistance at a North 10th Street residence.
